Terms and Conditions – Best Pest Controllers

Throughout this document, “Company” or “BPC” refers to Best Pest Controllers.


Claims & Complaints

  • Complaints will be accepted only with a valid bill or contract copy.

  •  receipt/contract ready for verification.


Payment Terms

  • All contract charges must be paid in advance via cash, cheque/DD, or bank transfer in favor of Best Pest Controllers.

  • Payments made without a signed invoice or to personal accounts will not be considered valid.

  • Services will commence only after payment and contract confirmation.


Service Guidelines

  • During treatment, children, pets, elderly, and individuals with allergies/asthma must stay away until cleaning is done.

  • A responsible person must be present at the premises during treatment and will be considered as the authorized signatory.

  • Furniture movement and area access must be arranged by the customer. If not accessible, the area will be considered treated with no refund.


Service Guarantee

  • If pests reappear within the contract period, follow-up services will be provided free of cost, subject to compliance with contract terms.

  • Follow-up visits are available only on weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

  • Technician visits will be arranged within a reasonable time, depending on availability and external conditions.


Liability & Limitations

  • Best Pest Controllers is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses that occur during or after service.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to re-treatment, not refunds or compensation.

  • No refunds will be entertained after service delivery.

  • Contract is valid only for the specified location. In case of address change, a new contract with additional charges is required.

  • The contract is non-transferable and cannot be terminated early.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep food items covered during treatment.

  • Secure valuables, as the company will not be responsible for any loss.

  • Customers must cooperate if additional time or charges are required due to unforeseen conditions.

  • Transactional/promotional SMS or calls may be sent by BPC.


Safety Instructions for Apartment / Flat Services

Termite Treatment Guidelines:

  • Move furniture 2 feet away from walls and empty wooden cabinets/wardrobes.

  • Inform the team about concealed wiring, cables, and plumbing lines.

  • Electrician/carpenter assistance must be arranged if required.

  • Ensure access to false ceilings and loft areas.

  • Due to drilling work and mild odor, keep children, pets, elderly, or patients away during treatment.

  • Live termites may appear temporarily after treatment, but will subside gradually.

  • Treatment scheduling depends on mutual availability; no-shows will void the visit.

Rodent Control:

  • Do not disturb bait stations.

  • Follow entry-proofing recommendations provided by the technician.

MaxGel / Herbal Gel Treatment:

  • Do not wipe or clean gel spots.

  • No need to empty kitchen unless instructed.

  • For ant control, chemical spray may be applied at floor-wall joints.

  • Only dry cloth cleaning should be done post-treatment.

  • Avoid using other pesticides over gel-treated areas.

Bed Bugs Treatment:

  • Show affected areas clearly.

  • Empty fixed wardrobes, bed storage, and cabinets.

  • Use treated area only after aeration and proper cleaning.
